“The word ‘Submission’ must be one of the most abused, misused and misunderstood word today” (Olujinmi, 2016). Gender Based Violence and Abuse is happening and as a society we continue to turn a blind eye.

This year, I have asked myself on numerous occasions, what is #mentalhealth because the word felt overused.
